Different files exactly what I said, I can name many XBox 1 games that do this already. Its a bit more complicated then changing resolutions especially when your dealing with mpeg2 cutscenes. Alot of 1080i and 720P games will pull different files from the disk for HD 16x9, Analogue 4:3, Pal and NTSC. If the Xbox detects 720P is turned on it will load from a specific set of files that the analog wont load. Mvp Baseball 2004 and 2005 is a very good example when we were modding the game for the Xbox we had to mod the low res files on the disk and the high res files on the disk for the stadiums.
