Holding the opposing team to 180 yards passing going into the 4th quarter only to have the opposing QB complete 12-12 passes for 150 extra yards even though I'm playing the same defense that I have the whole game. Meanwhile, my QB, who was 20-25 for three previous quarters goes 0-10 on second and third down passes trying to run the clock down. The numbers may be a tad different each time, but the same thing happens all the time.
