At times after the snap I can drop back then really step into a pass in the pocket putting some zip on the ball or if I have a seam in front I'm off and running baby... not panicking behind your OL actually helps you if your not dropping back 15yds. a snap. I think EA did a fair job of working on the trench wars this year offering the opportunity to become better pocket passers.
