Couple of quick questions:

1) During the All Star game, do player get an even distribution of minutes, or do the starters play the majority of the time? Also like someone asked earlier, are All Stars (or All NBA) players voted in by taking the top 2 guards, top 2 forwards and a center, or is it the top PG, SG, SF, PF and C?

2) When you create a player, is there a way to delete them without resetting the entire roster? I hated last year when I created Jordan and he would sign with a team during my association.

3) Last question, when a player gets injured, is it completely random, or can you go back to a replay and actually see where they got injured? I remember back on 2k5, a player would be lying on the ground...you didn't know why it happened, but atleast it showed them out of the play. On the 360 games, u would see a random close up cutscene of a player limping or grabbing their ankle and u would be like "WTF that come from?"
