Re: FistofRage's Post Patch MOP Sliders

I upped the AI Ball handling to 65.

Anyway, got two games in last night. LIU @ ND(Me). I won 72-57. I played like garbage, but so dod they. They had 17 turnovers to my 8 which helped but not as much as Harangody cleaning the offensive boards. He went for 20 points and 11 boards. I was only 2-13 from 3 land and they weren't much better. I shot 45% from the floor, but only because of the amount of easy putbacks I had. They just didn't have the size to deal with the Irish.

Next game Chicago St. @ MSU(Me). Let me first say, with these sliders, you better come ready or you'll get run. I won 65-62, I turned the ball over 11 times, and only forced 4 from them, those 7 extra possessions for them were huge. I started off the game on an 11-2 run and thought the route was on. I held an 8 point lead at the half, then my players just disappeared. Raymar Morgan may as well have been invisible. He wasn't moving without the ball and never found himself in position to score. He ended up with 9 points and immediately got a pep talk from coach Izzo after the game. I was also using a 10 man rotation trying to get some younger players some clock in the early season against "weaker" teams. Izzo has moved back to a 9 man. Anyway down 62-60 I miss a shot with 42 seconds left. Gut check, I decide to play D instead of going for the quick foul. I new best case scenario, I'd get a rebound with 7 seconds left, but I had some 3 ballers on the team so I thought I could get a good look at a buzzer beater. Luckily Marquis Gray stole the ball from their forward at the 20 second mark and threw it down to a breaking Neitzel who put in a layup and drew the foul with 16 seconds left to put me up 63-62. Chicago STate who has some shooters of their own got an open look from the corner with 4 seconds remaining. CLANK, Suton skies for the board and is fouled and puts the game away by making both free throws with 1.6 seconds left. I desperation shot from full court actually hit off the front of the rim as time expired. Izzo was not pleased with the performance and hopes to right the ship with a game tonight against ULM @ the Breslin. Neitzel finished with 26 including 6-12 from 3. Lucas dished out 8 assists.
