It's so sad that we actually have to worry about a game released on a console not running at 60 FPS. These programmers are getting away with robbery in many ways. I don't like how programmers just make the game for 360 then just port it to PS3 and sell it as a 'next-gen' game. Next-gen isn't really smart programming. It's just they now have more capacity. The PS3 is not being optimized in any way...I never felt this away about the PS2 and Xbox1. NCAA always ran pretty good. There was occasional slowdown in some of the versions, but the majority of the game always ran at 60 FPS.
Programmers have to start making games specifically for the console it is being released on. They simply don't have any incentive to really tailor the game to the user and are just seeing the dollar signs...
