Have you seen the outfielders go "brain dead" yet? I don't know if you recall but I once snapped a 2K6 disk in half because a deep fly was hit to left field and Matsui missplayed it yet the ball landed right in front of Damon's feet ( and I mean like 6 inches from him) and he just stood there looking at the ball while my opponent took advantage and made his way home. He never picked up the ball and when I finally was able to get Matsui to clear the birds flying over his head he couldn't get to the ball because Damon was so close to it that he kept bumping off him.

I think you missed this one, also do you still have to click the right stick for bunts? I hated that as i would sometimes bunt accidently

It's too early to tell, but I can tell you that it feels much better than 2K7 ever did.

Great stuff Steve, thanks for answering. Pitching is bread and butter of any game for me and it sounds like Brinkman and the 2K team really hit a homerun with this system. I can't wait to hear impressions from everybody on Tuesday

hey can you answer this please
1-is there a long white streak everytime you hit the ball and can you take it off if there is
2-how are the homerun camera angles..is that red arrow still there or is the homerun camera angle new?
3-are games realistic? like do you go 4-4 or 5-5 or 3-3 with a batter very easily with like 3 homeruns or a lot of hits and homeruns? or is it finally realistic making it difficult to hit a lot of homeruns and just in general hit a lot and score too much like 20 runs. Sorry these are a lot of questions
4- also, how are the difficulties...is Pro waaaay to east and Allstar way to hard like 2k7?

I know that in question 1 you could turn it off in 2k7. I hate that thing too!

Crazy how nobody has this game early, with all the ppl who have the show early. I even offered the guy at EB $20 to break the street date.
