    FIFA Soccer 09 Preview: GamePro.com

GamePro.com has posted their preview of FIFA Soccer 09.

"Passing, dribbling, and even the physical pushing and shoving that occurs in the game all occur at a much faster and more realistic pace than previous versions of FIFA."

I hope that there is more physical play, with tighter man-marking and jostling for the ball. Yeah, that blurb Steve quoted is the only useful info out of the article. Come on July!

It seems as if the "physical play" will lead to a good new fouling system. I like that. I also like the new strategy options.

Hopefully, maybe this year the referees will actually blow their whistles when you break someone's ankles with a reckless slide tackle and call penalties other than once every full moon.
