1. Your website mentions that OOTP09 will have sound. Can you be more specific? And is it customizable?
2. Your website also mentions that you will have 2008 MLB rosters. Are you still using the Lahman Database, hand drawn rosters, or a combination of the two? And what will be the cutoff date for the rosters?

I've never played a hardcore text based sim, but was an avid player of franchise modes in such games like The Show.
What are some things i might expect OOTP to do much better than the franchise modes of such games?
Can I control how much detail i want to control? like if i only want to manage the MLB rosters, or all minor rosters?
Do you have an in-game manger mode?
How do u handle potential and progression, especially for young prospects?
What's weighted in the trade system?

Is it possible that sometime you could have the real rookies come in the draft at the time that they did and have that teams moves be accurate? So that you could be playing the a team in 1949 and then if you get to 2008 you will be playing their 2008 team unless you signed someone that should be on it?
And also for sometime soon could you expand it beyond a text sim? Like have simulated gameplay that you can view even if it's just highlights?

Is the database easily changed? so that the rosters can be up to date instead of just based on opening day. very thankful now that i don't have to search out mlb rosters.Comment
