I liked the demo well enough, having a rewind and all that -- and it's beautiful (I'm just not big enough into racing games to justify purchases when it's not over the top like Burnout). One thing that still confuses me though is how I read there was a freezing issue on the 360 version, yet it didn't really seem to affect review scores.

I will be getting my copy tomorrow. I got on the DiRT bandwagon late and I am really looking forward to this game after playing the previous one.

I'll be picking up my copy at some point during the week but won't be able to play it until the weekend as I'm away from my 360 til then. I'm surprised there isn't more people talking about this game here at OS. The demo was spectacular.

I can't wait to grab this one today.

What do you guys think, 360 or ps3 version? I've got both and tried and liked both demos. I'm concerned about the 360 freezing problem. Have there been any reports of problems with the ps3 version? I also like the achievements program on the 360. Those who are getting it, which version r u getting?

Getting 360 version due to the wheel, and well, achievements. Plus, it's a racing game and I like to race online with my friends.

The game should be patched within a week, as Codies is already working on it.

got it on PC and its really an excellent arcade racing game. i just wished my PC ran it better, hard to race at 25 FPS

I still haven't been able to find the xbox 360 or ps3 versions.
