Hmm... Let's see... some random poster says very few Madden buyers are into franchise... then Ian, a Madden designer, says he doesn't have the figures handy but knows that a high percentage of buyers play franchise.

I think I'll take the word of the guy that actually designs the game, despite Gridiron's vast knowledge from various message boards.
