I almost dread playing another game. Every time I see the CPU throw a pick, I get less and less interested in buying the game.
I still wonder how you haven't noticed the CPU QB being extremely accurate.

Try being LSU, then. I stopped LSU's passing pretty easily, but couldn't stop Ohio State for the life of me (still won 14-10, though).

Able to stop the CPU on 4th and goal. LSU won 7-3.
I am enjoying the game. Guess I am less critical then others.

Very true. I was able to stop RP from being really accurate. He got some throws on me, but I was able to switch to the corners and knock the ball away.

But Boeckman was like Steve Young out there. Not reality.

I'm seeing all sorts of different types of game sometimes there are turnovers, sometimes there aren't, sometimes I can stop the cpu pretty easily, sometimes it's pretty even, and sometimes they really give me a good run for my money.

I only played one game. An 8 minute game equals 1 quarter in my franchise, and the CPU got picked twice. That's 2 picks in one quarter. I'll try another and be LSU this time. Believe me, there isn't a person on this board, who wants the CPU quarterback to be as deadly as some of you are making them out to be. I'd rather get blown out, than to go undefeated every season.

Ok I just played 2 games. 1 as each team.
                My Impressions so far:
I , so far, see no issue with QB pressure with down lineman. Maybe a fluke?
As OSU I sacked the QB 3 times and only one of them was with a blitz.
As LSU I sacked the QB twice and 1 was with a blitz. ??????????

As far as the gameplay I really love what I see so far. The AI QB being too accurate...?
Man again I was able to bat balls and such but I'll play a few more games before making a decision on that.

Those players wanting to do D player hot routes. As long as you know while you are selecting your play what you want to do, you have time to even do that and get back to the player you want to control at the snap. VERY happy about that!!

The running isn't as choppy as I thought it would be after reading some of the impressions.

The scores so far in my 2 games:
                OSU(me) 21 - LSU 7
                LSU(me) 17 - OSU 0

                So far so good

I guess some people won't like it no matter what EA does. And that's fine. I think those people were expecting the game to be a complete 180 from 08. Its still the same engine. So if you don't like that then you will probably never like it.

Seriously. This is a impressions thread and not slam Sony because I'm impatient thread.

Like every week, Sony releases their Store update on Thursday evenings. If you have no impression to leave, don't post in here.

I'm enjoying it as well, but then again I enjoyed 08 so that's not surprising. Nothing about the game bothers me that didn't already bother me from screen shots and videos(no refs, horrible sidelines, Qb's throwing powerful accurate passes off the back foot, presentation, no progressive lighting, ect.....).

It has already been stated that the demo is not the final version of the game because it takes around 1 month for MS and Sony to certify demos. If this is from a build that is a few months old and Perrilloux was booted from LSU in early May, how would he be removed from the roster?
Uhh because people are idiots and don't know how to read. You gotta love all the negative talk for a demo that IS NOT THE FINAL COPY.

Most of us though don't sit around waiting for a demo to drop and therefore don't know the exact timing of PSN updates, etc. For many of us, this is the first time we are eagerly waiting for a demo update and the fact MS has the demo up in the morning and I'm still waiting for the PS3 version allows me to be a little annoyed. Much like the Silver XBox guy has a right to be annoyed about waiting a few days longer as well. I don't understand why they wait so long to do it period.

well, the silver account guy can just make another Xbox live account(dummy account) and MS gives you the 1st month free for gold(unless that has changed) and then make sure its set to not renew gold status. if that guy needs a dummy email account, just make a hotmail account, its free too.
