We've just posted some more screenshots from our beta copy of Madden NFL 09. Today's shots feature the NFC West division.

I seen throwback jersey's for every team but, the Rams. Do they have the blue and yellow throwbacks, blue and white throwbacks, or just an assortment of uniform combos that are all current ?

Well, they fudged up the 49ers throwback uniform. They have the current logo and a red facemask on the helmet instead of the old logo and gray that it should be.

Also disappointing to not see an all-white Cardinals or a dark pants/white jersey combo for Seattle.

That's very true. You'd think they could begin to get uniforms correct after 20 years of Madden programming.

Nice screenshots! I really would like to know why they dont have at least 1 home and away alternate for every team. It's dissapointig that some teams still don't have jerseys we've been longing for. And whats up with these colored visors, Patrick Willis wears a clear visor like 99% of the other players do in the nfl.

sigh...you know what? I got nothin to say..I made a uniform thread I have posted pictures over months and months. Ive done enough.. its up to them to do it and make the uniforms right..

I'm sure I'll be getting a more recent beta build, so I wouldn't worry about the visor just yet. *I hope*.

Thanks for the screens. Did you take screenshots of all the unis in the game? I hope not. As AftershockFx said, it's disappointing that at least the Rams' blue and yellow unis aren't in the game. But they also left off 3 uni combinations they currently frequently wear: blue on blue, white on blue, white on white.

I think EA must have a personal vendetta against me this year. NCAA 09 doesn't include any alternates for my favorite college team, Texas A&M, and Madden 09 includes no throwbacks at all for my favorite pro team team and only includes one pair of alternate pants (out of several combinations the Rams actually use). EA must be upset by my username.
