Re: Don King Presents: Prizefighter Demo Available
Ever hear the phrase "day late and a dollar short...." well in 2k's case, its 3 weeks late and now I'm $60 short.Chalepa Ta Kala..... -
Re: Don King Presents: Prizefighter Demo Available
they do this for every game though man. Top spin 3, which by all accounts is a fine tennis game doesn't have a demo either, and had LESS marketing imo. I'm not one who subscibes to the 'late demo only if the game sucks' theory.Liquor in the front, poker in the rear.Comment

Re: Don King Presents: Prizefighter Demo Available
The demo is "ok" and that makes me happy because I would have spent $60 on a game that is just "ok". With that said all and all im "ok" with holding off until the demo dropped.Comment

I really thought 2k was going to make a realistic style boxing game. But its like they just tried to mimic the fight night series.Comment

I am glad I got the Buell- I love riding it, I love the oddball looks I get on the road- I love people asking "What IS that thing?" I love flying into a corner WAY too hot, scared spitless and sure I'll never hold it at this speed- and hearing the bike whisper "Sissy!"...Comment

You guys are hillarious.
Here's the answer for anyone who cares:
One or two players can battle it out in a three round bout held in Madison Square Garden between Joe Calzaghe and Luis Collazo.Comment

Re: Don King Presents: Prizefighter Demo Available
Not bad, though I got my *** kicked every time. Hah, I actually survived until the last 15 seconds of Round 5 in my first match and won a few rounds... once I learned the controls it seems like the CPU started taking me seriously and just pummeling the **** out of me. Those wind-up signature body shots are crazy. I'm glad it takes a lot of stamina to throw those, but they still feel like those old stupid haymakers to me... harder to abuse against another user I'm sure, but the CPU kills me with them.Send your Midnight Release weirdo pics/videos to my new website: http://www.peopleofmidnightreleases.com!Comment

Re: Don King Presents: Prizefighter Demo Available
Yeah and removed all the fun. Glad I held off on this, punches are stiff, controls are in the usual 2k lately style unresponsive and unintuitive. FNR3 even with its short comings like its lackluster season mode was at least fun to play, Prizefighter not so much.Comment
