What if while playing the demo the defense gets an INT? Does the demo end so you don't get the chance to play defense?

Seems to me it would be harder to prevent you from playing defense then just giving you a single game with 2 min qtr's.

Something is not right, it would take more work to limit this demo like it is.

You can't play defense this year, it will be an added feature next year .

LOL, exactly. Come on guys, I know you want to play more sim-like by playing some 'D' and all, but we've got to make the game more accessible to the general public. Not to mention the fact that the DEV team has only so much time and resources to devote to the game. Besides, there are more important things right now, like offensive gameplay--I'd rather get that right first. But oh boy, once they get user 'D' implemented next year, THEN it'll be the real deal.

I must say that I'm pretty disappointed....How you release a football demo with only one offensive possession is beyond my understanding....I swear if the defense is anything like NCAA's I WILL boycott Madden for the first time ever until it's addressed. The kind of unfair advantage that the offense has over the defense in NCAA is inexplicable.

If you look at some of the gameplay vids, offense does look wide open. We might be in for another year with EA.

they have been as transparent as they can be with regards to gameplay, but people still want to speculate and act foolish.

Man that's lame. What the heck is wrong with 4 2 minute quarters like NCAA? I think EA needs to run everything by us before they go ahead with dumb ideas like this.
