I have seen this as well. I use packages similarly to you, but on 2 occasions I've seen a package that looks like "WR Wing" in a formation with 2 TEs on the same side of the ball. And no, it's not because he's the 3rd TE on my depth chart - I'm highly doubtful that he was in there because of fatigue to all my TEs.

I'll have to keep my eyes open for more of this, I guess.
