In the past there was no QB Awareness slider, it was QB Accuracy slider. I always figured that your QB's awareness came into play when avoiding sacks automatically, meaning those times when the CPU grabs on to you and the CPU seemingly takes over your QB for a moment and shrugs him off. Maybe it plays into other things, but this is what I always thought.
