Do you think anyone would be willing to rerate the players in NCAA 09 just for the purpose of the draft classes? Even change their numbers so when they come into Madden they would have a NFL legal number for their respectful positions. Yes, I have tried this and it does work I re-did Tebow's rating and made him a 90 in NCAA and when he came into the draft his rating was a 84.
