Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Compared to the local guys here, Erik Kramer and whatever the play by play moron is. That dude has been butchering names for years now. He's the worst.
I'm looking forward to listening to someone else.PSN: JISTIC_OS

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Yeah well living in St Louis for almost 3 years, everytime I heard Joe *uck doing the Cards game, pushing him and his fathers resturaunt, or peddling Cars....I'd have blood coming out of my ears
Looks like no Anderson tonight with his thumb, so I assume we will see lots of Bezuin, and Baldwin...also looks like tonight is debut of a one Mr. kevin Jones. I really like Jones a lot, he is a good NFL back, just want to see what he has coming off his injury and our makeshift line.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Well, it wouldn't hurt my feelings very much to lose either Rickey or Daniel......the sad thing is, when we got Daniel, I thought we had something there, I was pretty excited.
Should see a lot of Olson tonight also, as I thing I heard Clark wasnt playing either.
Preditcitons:
Orton plays 1st qtr and a half, ends up 6-15 101 yrds 0 td's 1 pick. Rex ends up 7-11 78 yrds 0 int's, 0td's Caleb ends with 6-10 72 yrds 1 td 0 picks and the Hanie for starter talks, start to heat up.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

Well, here we go boys, I know it's only pre season, but I still get excited.
Wow, and here go right down the field on our awesome defense.Last edited by bluengold34_OS; 08-21-2008, 07:08 PM.Twitch - bluengold34_osComment

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Nice touch on that TD by Orton. The defense looked horrible that first drive, on one play a lineman from SF took out both Urlacher and Briggs with one cut block.I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life. I'm happy to say I have no virtue, no scruples, and no desire to wait too long for anything. In my humble opinion instant gratification takes too long!

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Yeah Hoff, that was a nice move by Davis, and a nice touch by Orton over the top.
Horrible officiating so far..
1. Alex Brown was held, but apparently it's normal to fall to the ground once you shoot past Oline
2. Horrible OPInt in the endzone.....
3. Nice goal line stanceTwitch - bluengold34_osComment

Jistic, I believe your boy Daniel may have been reading the OS Bears Den forum today, and realized his job is on the line

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
I hope this is the Orton that we see during the regular season. But that O-line scares me as 1 week they have been ok, the next atrocious, and then this week much better.
I'm not sold as Hester being a big play receiver, anyone else think different?Last edited by CaptainZombie; 08-21-2008, 08:20 PM.Comment

Re: 2008 Chicago Bears Den
Definitely not right now. Maybe at the end of the season if he continues to progress, given enough touches he's going to score. Rashied Davis is looking damned nice right now, could he come out of camp as the #1 WR?I've heard this "patience is a virtue" junk all my life.
