I'm not sure if this carries over to ncaa but speed is exponential this year. So a 99 is a lot faster than a 98, but a 90 isn't that much faster than an 89.?

if ur referring 40 times to real life, they mean crap all. totally unrealistic measurement of game speed. you can tell a guy is fast by how he plays, 40's are overrated.
