got mine in about 20 minutes.............well actually I got my 360 for free cuz it was out of warranty and the owner didnt wanna deal with it. So I gladly took it and found some guy near my home that fixes them for 40 bucks. He opened it up and did something to it, took about 2o minutes and its been going strong for several months now. Hopefully it lasts a while. 40 bucks well spent
