omt did a probe(for lack of a better word) i guess right after the game came out. it was sticked for a while. then they came out with the info that madden would most likely be coming out with this in a future patch for this year. im guessing alot of the same thing. omt said it would just be a option you turn on or off. realistic clock penalties etc. there is a list for what would be included in the madden one.

i know the thread said patch but it would be a feature hence the fact that they wouldnt be able to do it if they tried because it would affect interface. thats a feature.
