I hear you all and I agree. Only way this game can be enjoyable (if that means you have to have competition from the CPU) is to implement a LOT of those annoying house rules. IMO, this all but ruins any chance of playing a fun OD with anyone except your best friends. House rules (some pretty radical) have saved the game for me and actually easily makes this game the #1 of the series by FAR! However, with the house rules I find this game to be horrible and unplayable since the CPU is worse then playing your little sister. Its sad that something as simple as CPU playcalling has to regress to this level and to me, really shows that EA either doesn't care or just doesn't get football at all. No one can convince me that CPU playcalling should be THAT hard to program. I am pretty sure that in less then 4 hours I could program an excel spreadsheet to do a better job then this game.
