We are heading into our 3rd offseason...Entering the first offseason, I remember (i am pretty sure anyway) being promted if I wanted to create recruits, I didn't...Entering our second offseason I wanted to create recruits but wasn't prompted...Is there a way to create recruits in the online dynasty? I have created other online dynasties and wasn't promted in the first season either? Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks.
