lol...you've got more stamina than me old man This boy's just gonna go to bed early and hope it's there in the morning. Kinda like Christmas...without the festivities, tree, presents, cold, and hot chocolate. Oh, and no kids screaming that they want to open ALL the presents.


...okay, so it's nothing like Christmas, but I'll still be happy to see it in the a.m (assuming it drops, of course).

...okay, so it's nothing like Christmas, but I'll still be happy to see it in the a.m (assuming it drops, of course).

I doubt I stay up. I'd rather go to bed and get up refreshed and ready to play. I'm just trying to stay up long enough to see if Ian/Phil have an update for us.

the best news is that there were no issues with the patch. So now its just waiting for Sony/MS to make the patches live. My biggest worry was an issue with the patch. Now thats out of the way, its a waiting game with MS/Sony.

Appreciate the understanding. This is always the tricky part with patches and roster updates. At the end of the day, major elements of both are out of our direct control so talking about timelines can get you into trouble. I've tried to be more transparent this time and I'm hoping it doesn't bite me.

Phil, do they email you that they have put the patch up or right before it goes up or anything like that?

The reason I ask is trying to save some members "wear and tear" on both their systems and their minds, starting and stopping the game to see if the patch has released yet.

And you should know by now that giving timelines is the worst thing you can do. Especially here. People only see the time and whats coming. They don't see percentages, the words, maybe, should, hopefully. etc...

Well, I know some people will overreact, but as CB said, the important thing is the patch is functional, approved, and ready to go. I'd like it for the weekend, of course, but I suppose I could do some more crazy stuff like suck at basketball some more
