so since my thread (since I can plainly see we are talking about this exact question in this thread?) was closed, I'll post my question here. (with a greater chance of getting bashed...)

I just want to get some clarification on what I have been hearing on the EA boards especially this one from an EA rep on a confirmation of the patch tues morning at 5:00am EDT?

I am hearing so much, I just want to know if this is rumor or another wanna-be. And if its already been answered, i would appreachiate and hope in all good will that you can put the link so I can read it instead of bashing. I did search before posting.

to fix the difference in depth chart and player management simply enter edit player change his position then then move it back to normal position it will update your player management screen dont know if the patch will update this so u dont have to but in the meantime it works

the time frame given was from Senior Producer of Madden. He got the time frame from both MS/Sony that 5am EST is the estimated time of arrival.

Just to clarify, the reason I locked it was because the answer was given by the guy who responded to your thread. The patch is being discussed here, so any further discussion would have to go in here.

Just an update on my post from a couple of hours ago where I said I saw no field degradation in my first match..

Well earlier today I had a match on grass in pouring rain and it definitely got worse and muddy as the game went on

I played the Eagles and McNabb went 15/24 .. So far in my 2 games i've seen Robo QB eliminated somewhat. Don't know if it's a coincidence or not.

Still not liking the delay in the snap, especially for punting and kicking. We should probably have the option of setting how long the delay is or they should drop it from 5 seconds to 3.

yeah i have the patch too and i'm not a big fan of the delay either.....i had one were i was waiting 12 seconds for them to punt the ball

I live in Australia also and have not received the patch yet. I've been playing madden a fair bit over the weekend and today and I've only had to download a new roster file, but no patch. When or how did you download the patch?
