Who cares about not being able to edit apperances for rookies. C'mon now, its all about the gameplay. I don't care how my rookies will end up looking. As long as the gameplay as improved, I'm good. Red hair, green eyes, who gives a crap. You guys act like this is a game killer or something.

That's the problem. Nobody is praising 2k for its far improved presentation, terrific and more diverse gameplay, improved graphics, the deeper Association Mode, etc... no. Instead, what are they doing? Complaining about a computer generated rookie's hair color, and Tim Duncan's sock color.

With that said, the funniest aspect about all of it is that each and every complainer on this board will end up buying and enjoying the game.

Who said they're not getting the game?

              People always dwell on negatives...

Have you been reading reading the forums? There has been plenty of praise regarding the revamped prez, assoc, and gameplay options.

I care about not being able to edit their appearance. I'd like to create the real prospects who are going to be coming out of college.

It's just something simple that goes a long way.

The point is that with all of the complaints, people will still love the game. They whimper about the minor negatives, and feel strongly enough to make it sound as though the world is ending... yet they will still buy and love the game. That's my point.

As far as the praise, Momentous - I agree that there has been some, and I like to see it. But there has been more negative than positive discussion; that's undeniable.

EDIT: P.S. Momentous - that trailer was amazing. Good work.

I don't get your point because last time I checked this specific forum is getting blown up and people are more than hyped for this game.

It may be wishful thinking but I think importing draft classes might still make it in the game. The images we see of the game is an unfinished product if I am not mistaken (being a Beta cop and all). Just like I beleive that editing prospects will include more than just 'eye color'. I think the final build will include these things and 2k will WOW us all...again, could be wishful thinking

                      still hoping

Editable Prospects! Thank the Lord, I can now buy this game.

Only thing is can we download others Prospects Lists on 2kShare? That would be huge.

Doesn't look like it judging by the video. The only option was "Edit Prospects", not import prospects or something similar.

all of you must have missed it, look at "eye color" it has the green "A" button from an xbox controller beside it. it looks like you use the "A" button to switch the face options, instead of scrolling.

No, the Face tab isn't even there at all. Watch the create a player video and then watch the association video. There is a FACE tab on the create a player video.
