Hey guys,

I'm just putting up this thread so that you guys can call out different player accessories you see in real life that may not be in NBA LIVE 09.

Not saying everything can be put into NBA LIVE 09, but it will be cool to see this thread constantly updated.

You guys are so passionate, I'm sure this thread will be updated throughout the season. Interested to see what you guys end up posting.

We ran into an issue with our roster updates (particularly accessories). WHENEVER you have a team sleeve on a player (eg. Iverson / Anthony), right now in the game it shows up as a black sleeve. This is being patched and will work when the patch goes live.

Wait, does this mean that we cannot edit the gear and accessories ourselves? Or is this for adding entirely new ones into the game (ones that aren't shipped with the game)? Sorry, just want to clarify.

This is something we couldn't edit last year. Do you mean we can't edit these particular things again this year? That is something that is important in my book.

Sweet!

Right away I would say add Kobe's arm sleeve that goes up until the top of his elbow only (yeah I know I know, I'm one of those "Kobe arm sleeve" people, lol, but he's my favorite player so..) but I'm not sure if he's gonna be wearing it for this season, so maybe hold on that.

We do have Kobe's arm sleeve in the game right now, but if that changes, it'll change

Is it possible for Live to put in And1 shoes, ankle braces, and mouth guards??

The calf sleeves need to be more thinner, there too thick they look like leg warmers.

Also I would be a nice option if we could adjust the color of shoes so they can match the uniforms.

yeah the calf sleeves are a lil thick but other than that, Live is pretty set with accessories..It would be nice if every shoe could be given a team color, and armbands etc came in home/away..Another thing too..those signature labels like "The Answer" it would be nice if they were selectable in the logo section because when you take the band off with that logo, you cant put it back on(basing it off Live 07 tho)

are there better hair styles, like dreads etc?

We actually have had this as an option when assigning shoes to different players in year's past.

The CAPs need more option for player hairstlye for example when I was creating Derrick Rose and Jamario Moon, I really couldnt find a hairstyle that fit them. A nice variation of low cut fades and shor hair etc would be nice.

Also could it be possible to add an adjustment option so we can edit how a player wear their headband?? For ex: Sean Williams wear his headband high and back.


Add some new tattoos (Also being able to put tats on shoulder,inside the bicep, inside the forearm, back of hand etc.)

Also is it possible to have some kind of upload feature so we could upload faces and tats in CAPs.

Fix Carmelo's calf sleeves instead of it going all the way in to his foot have it go to his socks or socks over it like in LIve 06, the length of the arm sleeves whether have it start fro the top, middle of the bottom of the bicep to his wrist. bring compression shorts back and put those girly thin headbands that players wear such as Sasha, Mike Miller, Luis Scola, Mikki Moore, and anybody else that wears them in the game.
