No, it depends on if its even POSSIBLE. All this talk about how much and how often things could be modded is all speculation right now... people are jumping the gun way too much when speaking about this and misleading others, especially when you dont know yourself. I think its fair to say that it should LOOK better and run smoother on CAPABLE PC systems but to come out and say what and things MODS WILL do at this point is pointless.

Re: NBA 2K9 Confirmed For PC
Well, I had a look at 2k8's files on the 360's disc. If 2ksports keeps a similar format on the pc, modding anything other then textures could be tough. It's basically one big container/archive split into several different files. A programmer would have to crack it's format to gain access to the individual files, then crack whatever format those files are in, not to mention figure out how to get mods in the individual files and back in the archive.Comment

. In my experience with modding games we may need some "hints" from 2k themselves on how to do some things. That is how places like mvpmods and nlsc unlocked the ability to mod elements with EA games.
I do know for sure it will take some hard work from individuals.Comment

Re: NBA 2K9 Confirmed For PC
Are all 360 games archived like that though? It may just be how all 360 games are and the PC version will be more "mod friendly".Well, I had a look at 2k8's files on the 360's disc.
