I traded my copy weeks ago. And I will tell you why. Franchise. It is horrible, there is no incentive to play it. Progression/regression is horribly executed, teams can not manage....the list could go on and on. I have been a Madden faithful since it was on Sega, but this my enthusiasim for the game is at a all time low. There is nothing to look forward to with Madden 09. No reason to play 15 years of a franchise, the whole franchise system goes completely down hill after a year or two. This is a sad, sad day and age for football video game fans.
