Re: Official - Is This Trade GOOD? Thread

Ok guys im back again with my Bulls Franchise and have another trade to propose maybe after December 15 or during the post season...

    Bulls Trade:

    Gordon
    Nocioni
    Hinrich
    '10 1st Round pick or '10 2nd round pick

    Heat Trade:

    Wade
    Banks
    Dorrell Wright
    Joel Anthony

Ok guys well that is the trade...ive been reading at www.hoopshpye.com and it seems like that may be a possible trade in the future..

The bulls would be getting the SG they want along with a decent PG and SF and an expiring contract with Anthony.

Heat get a good PG a great SG in gordon and a great SF in Nocioni. I have been reading that in the future it will seem that wade will not match up good with beasley so it was the right way to trade him..

O and should i give them the 2nd round pick or 1st round pick? which would make it more realistic and fair?

    Is this trade fair?

Trade seems unrealistic to me, as a Heat fan I see no point, it's like trading away Wade, Banks and Wright to get a lesser SG in Gordon and a decent PG but one that will hinder Chalmers' growth. I see absolutely no point in this trade from a Heat perspective as we lose Wade for what?

But if you trust your sources I would say you should give up '09 and '10 1st round picks

Thank you for the opinion. Is there anyone else that i can get opinions from I would really appreciate it...

Also is there any way to make this trade realistic to the people that see it as being unrealistic or unfair

I dont think they would enjoy that too much considering they could have kept Marion for the remainder of the year and released him for some cap space.
Heat Need A Big if you're tryin to get Haslem. Maybe someone like Mihm a 1st round pick to make it fair I think.

          I am the Bulls Association.

          Bulls get:
          Hawes
          B.Jackson

          Kings get:
          Nocioni
          Noah

Kings point of view: Theus is a stickler for defense. He gets two hardnosed players that fit his style. Nocioni gives them depth at SF with Salmons and Donte Green. Noah gives them energy and offensive rebounding.

Bulls point of view: I don't like getting rid of Nocioni because my depth at SF isn't too great. I traded Sefolosha already for Nick YOung (who has been great) so it looks like I will have to sign a free agent SF. Hawes gives a much needed post presence that I can develop. Bobby Jackson brings a much needed backup pg as well as an expiring contract.

Some other options? I could replace Nocioni with Hinrich. That way they don't have to start Udrih

          What do you all think?

          for

Hawes, Jackson, Mourning (I guess the Kings signed him? He's an expiring contract along with Jackson)

This way the Kings don't have to start Udrih anymore.

          What do you think?
Kings need salary cap space, and in both of these scenarios you're giving them a large/long (pause) contracts.

And the Clips said yes. So I felt like it wasnt fair and I did a 2nd trade with them

          Clippers
          Mario Chalmers
          Yakhouba Diawara
          10 1st and 2nd

          Heat
          Mike Taylor
          Steve Novak
          10 2nd

But I still feel like theres no way the Clippers would do this. So what do you guys think?
lol at this trade, if it were to happen, Clippers might as well fold. Trading their franchise player that they got through free agency, to gain cap room, for another free agent! lol

          I like mike taylor though

no way. nocioni is medicore at best. hinrich and gordon are both 6th men. this would not help Miami. maybe, if you give up rose and gordon but this is doubtful because they drafted chalmers.

No way in the world Heat trade Wade. Heat won't make a move til 2009 and Booze! Not saying Booze will definitely go but I think we can all see Marion gone at the end of the year to free up the space to get Boozer. Shift Beasley down to SF and there you have

                  Chalmers, Wade, Beasley, Boozer, Haslem.

                  Not a bad starting five.

                  Alternatively with your trade it's

                  Hinrich, Gordon, Marion, Beasley, Haslem

Nocioni on the bench. Much prefer the first five than that five.

                    Trade options?

                    Hello All.

I am currently in my first year with the Raptors and I'm looking to trade Jermaine O'Neal. I just want a true center, if possible because I don't like playing with JO. My biggest challenge with trading him is is very large salary.

Anyone have a suggestion for a fair deal with Jermaine? I don't really care if its another center or not, i just want a solid player in return.

in 1st year Memphis Association I had Tyshun Prince but was very upset of his role as role player. He comes of the bench for Gay.
Now I want to trade him for a good all around player who can defend and play offense. Any suggestions Guys?

I have a solid guard rotation Conley, Mayo, Fernandez and Azubuike. I like also my PF Bass and Tyrus Thomas and C M. Gasol and R. Lopez i get from suns for Arthur.
This is a young team but I guess I can see a bright future in them.

I don't think the Hawks would do it unless they got another go-to scorer in basically every situation. They are contenders now and I don't think they would realistically risk that.

Well the thing is, what do you want to do with the Knicks? Do you want to follow their real-life tendencies and are you going to try to acquire a big star in 2010? If you are then there is a rumor for a 3-team trade for Eddy Curry and David Lee to the Bobcats, where the Bobcats send Gerald Wallace to the Warriors and the Knicks get Marco Bellieni and Al Harrington. Which would clear the way for LeBron in 2010. And this trade also works in the game perfectly and they accept too. Removing Curry's contract and if you were to re-sign Lee to the huge money he will want. Otherwise it's hard to move Curry and Randolph.

                                Blazers here
                                Blake demanded a trade
I can pull off Blake/Diagu for Wilcox
The Wilcox to Memphis for a 2nd rounder
It free up roster space for me, gives Blake a shot at pt in OKC, and Wilcox is a 1 yr rental for Memphis.
Now I am in position to take back more salary in a deadline deal or just consolidate.
                                Good?
