get two 300 plus pound DT's in the middle, sub second string safeties with speed for your outside linebackers, put your outside linebackers at DE and play the 4-2-5 , use contain and qb spy plays.. lb double spy is very good vs the run with the de's in contain..he cant go outside or up the middle.



trying to stop the run with 3 dl is suicide because you are mismatched and you have to blitz which weakens your coverage vs the pass
