Depends on your defensive setup, but if you see a lot of this and if you trust your safeties to contain longer pass plays, you can play cover 2 hard, shade to the outside, and your CBs will contain this play. In cover 2 soft you can also manage the play, keeping it to 5-8 yards in most cases.
The other solution is to get good on the sticks and handle the problem manually. You can control the LB on the side you think the swing is going to, and put the wraps on the back. You just have to make sure you respect your original zone assignment enough not to get burned.
