I wanna see more upsets in the next gen. Right now for instance: Oregon State vs. USC, USC will kill em if simmed. Also Florida vs. Ole Miss, Florida will kill them. I wanna see some out of nowhere upsets occuring.

Plenty of upsets happen in simmed games. I've seen 90+ OVR teams lose 3-5 games in the 2008 season many times. One that I've seen multiple times is Arizona St beating Georgia when there is a 14 point difference between their OVR on my roster set.Comment

I would love for all these ideas to be in the game next year. I would love to see all the pre-game introductions taking place( players warming up, coaches talking, showing impact players and there stats) that was always cool on the PS2 and Xbox. It is kind of stale just seeing different angles of the stadium before the coin toss. I am also a huge fan for all the alternate jerseys, it's great to see your team in different mixs of uniforms, especially if they have them in real life - that is one reason Oregon is a favorite team of many on the game b/c of numerous jerseys, that way you dont just have to be looking at the same old jerseys ever game you play. I am HUGE UNC TARHEELS fan and would love to see the new navy blue tops and navy blue pants on the game next year, along with sky blue tops on sky blue pants. Adding the FCS teams is a great idea they deserve to be on the game also, but I have never been a fan of create-a-team.Comment

Re: A Look Ahead to NCAA Football 2010
I think all the presentation issues should be addressed if possible, but I think people get way too concerned about alternate uniforms and stuff.
The most important additions to me are the ones that allow you to play the game the way you want to play it.
These include providing the ability to have particular personnel packages for each formation that I can set up outside of the games (the current method done through the play call screen is pretty restrictive, and I shouldn't have to do it every damn game).
You should also be able to make your own playbook. You should be able to go through a list of all the plays in the game by formation and select the ones you want. If you have to limit each playbook to 4 or 5 formations that's fine, but I want to put my playbook together.
Animations that slow you down unnecessarily like the one where receivers always jump for the ball when you user catch and then they come to the ground and stumble for a few steps before you can take control of them again. That is annoying because it always gives the defenders time to catch you and usually the jump wasn't necessary at all. Same goes for animations that force you to run out of bounds when you're near the sideline, that is annoying.Comment

i would like to see the new shutt helmuts in the game also... and for equipment it would be sweet if they got the one arm sleeve (like chase daniel, zach robinson, matt stafford) wristbands on legs? and a variety of team shoe colors and spats (black, white, team color) i also read on NCAA Startegies that the uniforms have to be approved by the university for ex. when oregon wore there blackout jerseys vs arizona the university of oregon can tell EA that they dont want them to put that uni on the game... idky each ncaa team just sends a list saying wat uniforms they want there team to have in the game... it would be easier i thinkComment

great article. maybe more fan interaction. like the wave and such. also, like in tiger woods, create your player from the ground up and give him complete customization. create a team is what i want most. also have the pre campus legend workouts like that of madden. and when a guy gets hit, the helmet gets scratches and such. also, blood would be really cool when they get tackled. and pre game warmups and stuff would be really cool.Comment
