Any advice on tackling? How do I do it?

Should I use a button for "tackle"?

Should I let the CPU-controlled players tackle for me?

Should I "sprint" into the player I am trying to tackle?

I watch the replays - my guys get close and then "whiff" when I take control.

How can I use strafe?

I am especially miserable at getting tackles on punt returns.

Missed tackles (or "non-tackles") are problems for me.
