2K Cam is not smooth at all for me with Auto Flip on. It lags every time I go to inbound it or the possession changes.

Which arena, and do you have it installed on your HD?

I played in the Staples center without any stuttering with the 2K cam.

Can someone check to see if the defensive switching isn't still out of order. Especially away from the ball.

One way you can check is to go in tutorials and do the post defense challenge. After a missed shot, if the guard tries to check the big man then, it might still be broken. Not sure if 2K got the memo on this bug

the RROD is warranty is still active? Iv read everywere that it expired on the 19th of NOV

That might be conditional. I think there was a point where they were covering any and all system failures. From the sound of the woman on the line, they'll fix your system if it qualifies as "general hardware failure". They have a whole new policy and system for it, so it's definitely still active. I'm on my 2nd system and it's only a year old, so if there was anything preventing me from getting a free fix, that would have put me over the top anyway. But even before I mentioned that she didn't show any hesitation in fixing my system.

I don't use Autoflip or Key Zoom on the 2K cam. I'm playing a game on default sliders right now.

cameo what do you mean by unbiased ? You appear to be saying that those who are not praising the game post patch are somehow biased. Was that what you meant ?

Impressions from those who didn't like the game at first are gonna be even more critical post-patch.

Sucks to hear all the bad things, no one is trying to say anything positive. But positive things for 2k9 isn't what this thread is about.

thank you so much sj. I have wireless internet shared between my roomates and neighbors so I have to wait until I can go physically hook my xbox up to the modem and download it. I refuse to pay $100 for the wireless adapter for my 360. I barely ever go onto live unless it's for important stuff like this patch.

So CJ miles scored 52 points on you? Wow. I played the Lakers a couple days ago and Kobe scored 8 on 4-9 shooting. While Derek Fisher had 22 points on 10-22 shooting. It was kind of baffling. While I don't think it's unrealistic for Fisher to score 22 points. I definitely found it unrealistic that Kobe would only shoot 9 times in a game that his team was losing. I wound up winning by like 19 points because Fisher and Walton took the majority of their shots. Luke wound up with 12 points on 4-18 shooting. Very random game.

So if CJ Miles dropped 52 points on you, I'm definitely a bit worried. I realize that wasn't something that was addressed in the patch notes. But still.

So Utah is basically just jacking up 3's all game? Are they taking any mid range shots as well or just 3's? I feel bad for the guys that did tendencies and sliders because it didn't appear as though a patch was on the horizon. And here we are and that basically negates all their work.

In your view what needs to be changed that can be changed with sliders and tendency edits?

So DC did you even read the things they said they fixed with the patch?

I have seen low shooting percentages on pro default sliders. 2k cam is not laggy or jumpy or whatever else you want to call it. I am not seeing as many backdoor passes. And they shoot more jumpers now.

They told you what would be in it but you keep saying why is something else not fixed. We get your point on how you feel about the game by now. Most of us got it about 10 posts ago. If you say I still get high percentages from the cpu then cool, but this stuff you are coming up with is ridiculous.

nogster had an excellent set of sliders and player team tendencies changes the cpu was playing a tough game and teams was playing like their real life counterparts now i think what needs to be done is a new set of sliders/player tendencies/ team tendicies change nogsters had the game playing perfect.

What percentage of jumpers is the computer making??

sorry, but I was off to work..in the 2 games I played the cpu was shooting in the 40s ( Blazers and Hawks)

2k cam works damn good offline now, I have played a full game as the bulls in the United Center and a full game as the Lakers in the Staples Center virtually lag free. It seems that it runs at a smooth 60 fps I have only noticed 2 hiccups here and there
