Help With Shooting Jumpshots

Do any of you guys have any tips on shooting? I cant shoot jumpers at a decent percentage at all. Any help is welcomed

release at top of shot for one, also take note who you are shooting with. if they are hot or cold. keep in mind where you are shooting at on the court as well, hold down the L-Stick and see the player you are controlling hot spots etc.

What about 3 point shots? I can only make twenty something percent

yeah. Just spend some time in practice mode and keep practicing until you can release a shot when the meter turns green.

Just hold your shoot button!! It works like auto-shoot!! You'll nail just about all your 2 point jumpers!! I personaly don't use it but it's there!!

Ya I forgot about that. Now if you shoot it with the auto shoot is that not the same thing is shooting with the actual player percentage?

I would assume that you're shooting % would reflect the player/s real life %...depending on what you have the shot sliders set at!! I would reccomend testing & retesting this until you come to a realistic shot %!!

How about layups? Is there a specific method?

I kinda just hammer the button and let it go :/. I make about 20-30% of my layups.

...not sure if there's a method to this or not, other than the layup slider itself!!
