We are monitoring and fixing issues in this thread.
Thanks for your patience.
The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
Many players drafted this year ended up in the NBA D-League. Among them, many great dunkers like J.R. Giddens, Bill Walker and Sonny Weems. With the addition of James White and Brent Petway, the 2009 D-League Dunk Contest may outshine the NBA Dunk Contest
I don't EVER want to see Nate in another dunk contest. It's a damn joke. He shouldn't have won the last one he was in. They are going to give him a bunch of inflated score cause he is a midget in NBA terms. It's horrible.
Would Howard's dunk make the same hype if he wasn't wearing that Superman costume? Not really, imo. In other words, it's no longer a dunk contest, it's more like a circus. I prefer the good old dunk contests where the dunk itself was the issue and not the other stuff that has nothing to do with basketball.
