with (2k latest official update of 12/24) + (Youckmouff & Portland & Neon accesories and signature shot edits) + (Nogster player ratings & tendencies and coach tendencies) + (10 man rotation sets)

1. Sorry for the name but I couldnt come up with a good one at the last minute.
2. By mistake I overwrote the file (I always have 2: default and personal) with some edits I personally made to 25 - 30 players and as you would see, they are subtle (1 or 2 points) but god enough to bring the overall team bars as close as it gets to real life team power rankings and without altering the playing experience !

What is the difference between the roster file Sim Ballers 2k Rosters and OS OutSimbFac? They both seem exactly the same based on the decriptions.

SimBaller's has the official rosters.

I used Simballers roster (with latest official) and added the Player Ratings of Nogster and the 10 man rotation sets ...

Yea, I know. I was answering the other dudes post. That SimBaller uses the Official 2K rosters and not OS Outsiders rosters. Downloaded them, good work man!

VERY VERY Minor cosmetic fixes to the sigs...for if you end up doing any revisions.

Orlando:
Anthony Johnson: Bosh for his Jumper, not his FT. His FT is Pierce.

Tony Battie: Jumper is Kristic (maybe i never put that in the thread..not sure). Sleeve is Blue.

Gortat: Sm armbands on BOTH arms.
Bogans: SG/SF and should be the starter. Pietrus is staying as a 6th man. And now hes injured indefinately on top of that.
Foyle: Should be nowhere near the playing rotation. Gortat is the backup C, he should be a C/C not PF. Battie is fine as PF/C. Foyle's mins need to be Gortats.

Mutombo: should be on the Rockets
Steve Francis: As expected went with his old number. #23
Steven Hill: should be a Free Agent
Marbs and Tinsley in Free Agents on purpose?

The last time would be NEVER....since i DONT or HAVE NEVER HAD an accessory thread.....

the only accesories i keep track of at all are players on my own team...the Magic. I think he had my name up there because i did a lot of the FT changes in the Sig shot thread.
