Among the new rules:
-a three point PAT from 10 yards out

Why wouldn't every team do this? Essentially a 27 yard field goal, still a gimme. Unnecessary, IMO.

I'll wait and see if this league, or any of these new leagues (UFL, AAFL) get off the ground, though I'm not holding my breath.
