I import my draft class and random black players have dreadlocks. It's sort of a buzzkill if a player you really like looks completely different. It may sound stupid but it sucks when Jeremy Maclin or Josh Freeman have giant dreadlocks.
Then the randomness is another crappy thing. I can have a guy with maxed out attributes in NCAA '09, and when he gets imported to Madden he's a slow 5th or 6th round pick. I boost Michael Crabtree (99 overall rating) so he leaves early, and then he's projected as 4th round pick and has 88 speed. It's stupid.
It's little things like this that just take all the fun out of importing draft classes. I wish EA would just knock it out of the ballpark with a great importing system. And if not, why not give the user control to change things the way they want it? Next Gen doesn't allow enough control of attributes/appearence.
Any advice or workaround for these annoying issues?
