Re: Top 25 Most Dominant Teams in Sports Gaming History (Part I)
I've been reading this and I would have to say that for me a dominant team in sports gaming would have to be the Oakland Athletics from RBI Baseball on the NES.Yankees!!!! Texas Longhorns!!!!
GO Spurs GO!!
Chicago Blackhawks!!
Bayern Munich!!
Randy Orton..Legend Killer!!!Comment

#1 oughta be the 49ers from Tecmo Super Bowl. Joe Montana to Jerry Rice just wasn't fair.Comment

Baseball stars (NES) American Dreams. They were sick.
PS and the Lovely Ladies. All girls team. They were very good.Comment

Let us not forget Auburn with Bo Jackson in Bill Walsh College Football on the Genesis. The dude alone was unstoppable. You could also change where players played in that game and the true cheesers would make him the Kick and punt returner. Talk about outlawed.GM of the KC Royals in the OS Arbitration ThreadOriginally posted by theenginePlus, there are lots of illiterate Pro Bowlers. Just ask Chad Johnson....Comment

I second the 49ers in Tecmo Bowl. The unstoppable play.
Boston Frogs in Double Dribble
Chicago Bears in Madden '93Comment

The Lions weren't always 0-16. Barry Sanders, who was unstoppable in TSB, and Herman Moore at WR, this team was tough. They were a favorite along with the Oilers....What?Comment

You misunderstood me ;-) The TSB Lions are alright but not top 25 material in my opinion. Those Oilers on the other hand though... Amazing offense!Last edited by Mr_igloo; 01-23-2009, 01:36 PM.Comment

Just an FYI.....
That Cleveland Indians team in Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball (SNES) did not have either Dave Justice or Richie Sexson. They did, however, have Albert Belle and Carlos Baerga, who were both pretty beastly in the game (and real life at that time).Last edited by SportsorDeath; 01-23-2009, 03:37 PM.Comment
