This game is extremely enjoyable, and the more I play it, the further I get into my dynasty, the more I absolutely enjoy it.

I am in my 3rd dynasty season and am enjoying watching teams rebuild, others fall from grace, a cinderella become a constant factor, a constant factor become a cinderella, the one year wonders, and watch as the prestigous teams just simply reload. I watched as Utah climbed a Top 10 final poll finish last year, but are now falling from grace as they are extremely young.

Myself(Louisville) I am extremely young, but am having fun watching my freshmen grow. I started out with an 81-44 victory over Western Kentucky, then beat Murray State and Montana by a combined point total of 7 and then absolutely got hammered on the road by Purdue.

Its simply an enjoyable experience. I won the National Title in my first year and just when you might even get the idea that this game is easy, I struggled in the 2nd year, got a gift of a seed(#2) only to watch myself get bounced in the first round of the NCAA Tournament by Bethune Cookman.

Yes, there are things that could be/need to be improved upon. But the one thing they don't need to improve upon is the overall fun factor of this game, at least not for me.

Good work Sean and the NCAA B-Ball team, you've done a tremendous job turning this series around this year and I look forward to future installments.

CB - Glad to hear your experiences. IMO, I feel that this is the most improved sports franchise of 2008.

What level are you playing on? I am on All-Conf, and after a 4-3 start to my Dynasty I have now won 13 in a row and am steamrolling everyone. I think it's time for either slider adjustments or to jump bump up the difficulty a level.

I have the same feeling playing this game that I did when NHL 07 first came out for the 360. Sure, there are some flaws, but it's just so addictive and fun to play. And then NHL 08 proceeded to blow everyone away.

This game has a really solid engine, it just needs a couple of tweaks. I'm thinking NCAA Basketball '10 is going to be amazing.

I'm playing on All-American with my personal slider adjustments. I just followed up my blowout loss to Purdue by being stung by IUPUI on my home floor.

I agree CB. For me this is the best basketball game of the year. I like Live, but i just think this game is much better for some reason. It seems like a more polished version of live, if you know what I mean.

I know exactly what you mean.

NCAA B-Ball '09 is a freshman that is talented, has raw skills, and has so much room for growth that over the next year or two, he's going to turn into a beast.

Same here. I honestly thought CB and myself were the only ones STILL enjoying this game. Glad to see there's atleast a couple more people who enjoy it as well.

I had an unfortunate end to Season 2 of my JU Dynasty...but I am over it now and ready to start my 3rd season in Dynasty mode. It is nowhere as deep as CH 2k8 was (loved that game and played the hell out of it)..but I am loving NCAA 09 just as much DESPITE all its flaws and shortcomings. It's just damn fun, bottomline. And for me that's all that video games need to be...fun.

I'm on board. Living in western ky in the ice/snow disaster with power after a 3 day outage, but no cable, so I'm gettting my college b-ball fix with this game. Maybe because of the circumstances, but I'm enjoying this game like never before.

I went 32-4 and won the NCAA title my first year with C-rated Georgia State my first year at All-Conference difficulty and default sliders. Now in my second year, I'm undefeated and No. 1 in the nation a week into January.

I know that I'm not all that great at this game, but dominating it in that fashion surprised me, so I just started a new All-American difficulty dynasty with Jason2112's sliders as Sacramento State (one of the WORST teams in the game; D+ rating) and I won my first game of the season 101-47 on the road against Fresno State.

I don't know if it's a slider thing or if I've just gotten better... idk. But as countryboy continues to say on several different threads -- I think this game is great, and I'll keep playing it

I have to agree. I was on the verge of trading this in because my box red ringed and when I got an elite (warranties rule), I really didnt know if i wanted to start from scratch.

Im glad I didnt. Some games just have the "It" factor. Its just flat out enjoyable to play.

This game is fun. At terrific level. Play bb games since old 16bits, this is the funniest basketball game i ever played. For me it go over 2k9, and Nba Live 09 too. U not feel frustratred, even at highest level. Post game is addictive, the graphic engine is full nextgen, simply gorgeous, college mood is fantastic. The crowd too. All this merit step over the gameplay issues, imho.
