What concerns me is if the devs never HAD the issue in the first place, it's sensitive to some people's setup (whatever that may be), and so it wouldn't have been "fixed" without these people coming forward because no one knew it existed in the first place.

If that's not the case, and it was something that was in an early build and was already fixed (and we KNOW this) then great! I apologize in advance.

That's why I'm not sure why people trying to figure out what and why the framerate issues are being caused by is such an insult. That's the whole point of this, to deliver the best product possible.
