His pads and legs are a bit off. I think most of the models are plain and dont have much definition in them. You can clearly see it in his calf muscles. I dont know if you deal with the equipment aswell but LT wears mid cut shoes and he needs that facemask!!!
LT is too thin-looking in Madden 09.

I think the consensus here though, is that we just need a full body editor. I say do as much as you can to get players right for out-of-the-box, but having the editor too will set this thing straight.

On a sidenote, you have to hope that the Chargers uniforms have been completely redone, because they are noticeably off in Madden 09. Everything needs to be sharper, the Bolts, the way the Bolts are placed on the jersey and helmet. And the Chargers Blue alternate in 09 needs to be thrown out completely (see the 2nd picture above), and we need the one of the 1st picture above.

I'll pop the game in to check.

Indeed Ngata is skinny on 2009. Bannan looks more stout. I didn't like Ray Rice's nor Maurice Jones Drew's builds in Madden 2009. They looked too tall and their legs were too skinny. Also, LeRon McClain and Lorenzo Neal were way too skinny, especially Neal.

Please add Tattoos, Mouthpieces, and extended neck braces for linebackers. Please include the short sleeved underarmour for the QBs. For the love of god please fix the Redskins uniforms... include white/white, burgundy/burgundy and they don't wear the striped socks anymore they just wear the solid burgundy.

Please also take this photo as evidence that most RBs and WRs don't run like they are doing 'high knees' drills.

You may be the wrong guy to ask this, but will player sizes have any effect in the game other than just aesthetics?

The player's ratings drive basically every calculation in the game, though weight does also apply in a few areas. So if you're a 400 lb DT with 99 power moves rating, you actually will be better than a 300 lb DT with the same rating. We're trying to make weight matter more though...IMO it's not taken into account enough, especially when it comes to tackling. Apexisfree/Gideon Prime was also kind enough to point this out.

Sounds great Ian! Hopefully that means the end of RB's running through DT's like they arent even there

Yes, his video was the 1st thing I thought of when I saw that question..

Also I'll ask the question again.....Is this Thread asking more about body Shapes??? or is M.Y. looking for some Equipment Edits too???

Might be easier to log this info if you to set up a Format to for us to use as well, kind of like the "specific animations thread"

Well First off its a little beyond looks but when shaun Hill drops back its not a normal drop back its like a shuffle im sure ur aware of what im talking about. and the oline and dline are big boys and u just dont get that feeling even in the cut scenes. And i say some one say something about coaches and i agree the coaches should be wearing what they really wear and are we ever gonna see assistant coaches on the sidelines and the training bikes little things that just give it that feel of being a real game. as well just a question do u plan to fix the players enterances maybe the top 5 playes get introduced if ur worried about time i wouldn't mind all of the starting line up and maybe have rey lewis do his dance and things it might be asking to much but it would be nice. By the way love the game ive been playing since the ps1 and watch the game evolve has been amazing.

Notice his lower body. His lower body on the game has skinny calves and thighs which makes him look taller than he should look. Ray Rice is the same way,

very short stubby, muscular legs. In the game they are skinny and both appear taller than they should.
