OMT, All stadiums in for 2010?

    Hi Adam,

I would appreciate an answer to the following question if it is possible to.

What is the likelihood we will see all 120 Team Stadiums plus all 34 Bowl Stadiums for NCAA 2010?

As far as I recall, there were only about 12-15 stadiums left to add in.

    Thanks,

This is a big one for me - inclusion of the University of Minnesota's new on-campus stadium will determine whether or not I purchase the game. I've held off the last three years for that very reason, waiting to play a realistic dynasty.

Getting all 120 + bowls would be awesome.

I am not sure if UofM new stadium will be in since there probably won't be enough time for them to take the pictures and do the artwork.

I am not expecting them to get all the rennovations and any new stadium that opens this year - but every school and bowl should have an authentic stadium (even if it is slightly older)

They already said no on Minnesota. It's not done yet. They can't go based on drawings of it.

my guess would be that there will still be about 5-6 generic stadiums left. hopefully they will actually make the Alamo Dome a dome this year.

Thanks for the heads-up. I've stuck with NCAA '06 this long, what's another year at this point? Only 17 months to go until NCAA '11 comes out....

Well, it's not just one stadium to me - it's my team's stadium, one that Gopher fans have been waiting almost 30 years for (if you've ever been to the Metrodome, you'd understand just how miserable it was for college football). I enjoy NCAA '06 - I'd have to if I'm still playing it 3 1/2 years later - so I'll dig in for another year and look forward to NCAA '11. In the meantime, I'll get to enjoy our new stadium in real life exactly seven months from this Thursday, so you won't hear me complain once.

They said they'd have all in this year and well obviously they didn't, so I'd be shocked if they put it off for another year.

No stadiums would be a deal breaker for me.

I still play last gen because I can't stand looking at generic stuff. It makes the game feel half finished. The lack of stadiums, bowl patches, endzone art, really makes a difference.

Wait.....so you haven't been buying this game since 06, cause they haven't put a stadium in that won't be finished until the start of this year? You could have bought the other ones. They were still playing in the Dome all this time.

Half-finished is the perfect description for it.

Why couldn't you buy '07 and '08? The Gophers were still playing in the Metrodome in those seasons. Also, do you just strictly play as the Gophers the whole time? I mean, I'm a Notre Dame fan and I've had just 1 dynasty with them...you can play with other teams ya know.

As I said in the first post, I've been waiting so that I could play a realistic dynasty. I could've bought the other ones to keep playing in the Metrodome forever, but I can already do that on '06. I had no expectations of the new stadium being in previous games, but since it was announced in May 2006 that we were finally getting our stadium, I had targeted this year's version as the next I would purchase. This is the feature that I'm waiting for, and I've got no problem waiting another year.

Hope the fans of other teams with missing stadiums get theirs in the game this year, plus all the bowl stadiums.

I agree. 4 Years should be enough time to add all stadiums, put the patches and endzone art.

Although I think endzone art will be in based on what Adam said last fall.

An interesting thing to see is if the New Texas Stadium will be in. They are still finishing it off, it would be odd for it not to be in Madden or NCAA for the Cotton Bowl.
