ehhh but the rangers may not be doing so well (actually, they're doing horribly) in real life, but in this game they are ridiculously good. Their ratings don't show it, either--lundqvist is only like, a 93 or w/e (if i remember correctly) but he plays like he's got every attribute at 99.
And besides, jagr sucked anyways.
I went with the habs bc theres soooo much history there, and it's such a great city. HOWEVER, one should note that the habs and red wings are the most powerful, and deep teams in the game, although in the case of the habs, it doesn't show in their ratings. You're more than likely going to have a breeze of a dynasty if you end up picking the habs, wings or rangers.
Why not make a blues dynasty? Theyre one of my favorite non-ny teams, i've heard the fans are great, i've always loved the color scheme of the jerseys and having a musical note as their logo is awesome, i think...and on top of all of that, theyre a young team that will be good in a couple of years if you draft well and manage correctly, knowing when to trade, and who to release and who to sign and whatnot. With good management in this game, the blues could probably be one of the best teams in the NHL. I thought I saw you with a blues dynasty for 2k9...maybe i was wrong and it was nhl 09?? If it WAS 2k9, you should definitely consider going for an nhl 09 blues dynasty!!

try maybe a canes dynasty or a stars panthers what i did if i want a rebuilding dynasty i pick a low overall team and high overall AHL team maybe bolts or leafs bluejackets would be good i loved my bjacks dynasty but edit up Derek DorsettComment

Anyways, try Panthers or Coyotes. Those were the two teams(plus the Kings) I was debating over. They're both really young teams with lots of cap space and a chance for a complete makeover. See what you can do.Comment
