Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
why is is hard for people to believe the screenshots are real? seems like a logical improvement that has been happening since NCAA '07 on 360.
'07 (i miss the higher res images you could save of '07)
'08
'09
and now '10
'10 has more "shine" to it(I didn't have any real up close shots on my hard drive for '07, '08 or '09)Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
Sorry for throwing this off topic, but the screen made me think of something.
Hey OMT, are you all ever gonig to adjust the sleeves? My biggest pet peeve with the next gen games is how strange the un-tucked sleeves look. =P
Almost all teams use the tight-fit Nike/Under Armor style jerseys unless sponsored by someone else, so why do the 'untucked' sleeves look so ... stretched out, I guess. (but based on that screenshot it looks A LOT better than previous years)
The "untucked" sleeves should look like this: (its not all 'stretched out' like the one in the screen)
It'd be nice to eventually get it adjusted because I always have to go through and change them.
And really, now that I'm thinking about it, the un-tucked sleeves look fine from the front, but I think the shoulder pads are way too big in the back, so it stretches the upper shoulder area out and makes the sleeves stretch out on the character model when looking at it from behind.Comment

Thanks for the updates.
I don't want to sound mean or anything, but that guy needs a new hairstyle.WUSTLComment

Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
The screenshots look great except for one thing IMO. Why the need for the glowing skin? That is not very realistic, even for someone who maybe really sweaty. The glow on the skin is the only thing I'm not too sure about in these first 2 screenshots.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
"A new option in the Game Controls Settings called Auto Pass aims to solve the problem."
I know this is probably just me, but I wish they would say "a returning option". Because it's not a new optionComment

I hope they also bring back the options screen where you can choose quick snap or normal snap (hit the button agaon after the snap to bring up the symbols), auto strafe on/off, auto shift on/off, ect. I like to be able to adjust the shifts manually, and I still am permanently used to hitting the button again after snap for passing symbols.Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
So in order to really call it "new" they had to put an option for it. Why cant we get an option for jump the snap, though?Comment

Re: NCAA Football 10: First Look
Well, "technically" it's new because I don't ever recall the option to turn it on & off. After all, why would anyone care if it was on all the time? It's not going to throw it unless you dont do anything after snapping the ball.

for Jump the snap, i wish they would scrap that and never use it again.Comment
