In offline Dynasty mode has anyone experiences the computer team scoring when on the Power Play just about every time they are on one?

the first one really cut down on the AI's PP effectiveness. haven't got to play with the second one yet.

I find it depends on how you attack the penalty kill. If you're one of those players who thinks you can hit the lead pass everytime from deep in your zone then yes, getting scored on frequently against a tough AI shouldn't be all that surprising.

Even before the first patch (where my kill rate was decent, even better since) I've tried to avoid the temptation to play like it was 5 on 5 situation. I've made sure as well to keep my players in their position based on whatever PK strategy chosen and unless there's a 100% clean outlet pass for a break, I dump the puck.

Dump the puck, and make them work between the blue lines.

MY PKs offline are around 85-90%. I really think the CPU does a terrible job attacking the PP. They just slap bad shot after bad shot.

I have the worst PK in my dynasty. I always dump but the cpu always gets a goal on a shot Fleury should easily stop. Idk what the problem is

min used to be weak, but definitely improved it by playing more conservatively and frequently changing lines to keep fresh players out.

This has been the key for me as well during PK. I was at the bottom of PK% at first. I have built my way back up to the middle now with about 30 games left.

Before I started playing position and changing lines more frequently I had a 60% PK, now I have a 92% PK. So, it definitely makes a difference playing position and getting fresh legs. Also, I dump the puck every time I get it.

I changed my Penalty Kill to a Passive Box which takes away some slot shots and helps out. But still OBVIOUS fluke goals everytime they are on PP. I may have found a slight glitch though. I take possession of the puck and bring it into their zone on offense. give puck to defenders and play pitch and catch until the PP is over. Their PP defenders NEVER attack the puck or play the body. Now and then Ian just stand on the boards at the blue line in their zone and hold the puck, and they all just stand there I prefer realism, so I try not to do that. Anyone else?

Before any patches, I had that problem, I just couldn't stop them no matter what. Now, there are still stretches of 3 or 4 games where my PK allows like 6 or 7 goals on only 9 or 10 penalties, but there are other stretches where I only allow 1 or 2 for those same 10 penalties.
