I havent put this CAP on my rosters for '09 yet, so I can't tell if the mph's translate the same as in '08.
Anyway....
I watched his 2 inning debut last week against the Astros. The CAP attributes are based SOLELY on his 2008 season with the Braves' A+ and AA teams.
While he has shown signs of being able to dominate in the lower levels of the minors (5.5 hits per 9 and 10.6 K's per 9), he has a propensity to be wild at times. In 138 innings last year, he threw 10 wild pitches and walked an average of 3.3 batters per 9 innings.
